Wah lah...Seblom game malam sabtu ari tu...waktu pagi aku gi ISN...Semangat gler.....sampai2 amat dah ader kat sane....selang bape minit tu..Eu jin datang....7.30 lagi aku dah ade kat sane.....

Pastu train muscle kaki...angkat beban seberat 20 kg...=_=''.....tak lah berat sangat utk kaki....
then angkat bar yg atlet angkat berat angkat..tanpa beban pehh...20 kg satu bar...berat nak mampos...tengah2 angkat kitorang nampak atlet gimnas kot....dier cume duduk atas punggung dier pastu angkat kaki (kaki straight) ngan kepala dier...bapak laju nak mampos.... kitorang tgk ngan mate luas mulut terbukak...\O0O"/
Pastu...kitorang ternampak lak sorang atlet angkat berat nih....angkat beban kaler ijau...aku denga beban tuh seberat 20/40 keatas....dier angkat cam sial jer....angkat besi tu cam kapas..\O0O/ WTF??!!!!
Pastu kitorang try angkat badan sendiri...yg pegang kat satu besi panjang pastu push up ngan berat badan sendiri...hohohoohoh....aku sorang jer bleh angkat lebih sepuluh..hohohooh...yg lain berat gedabak..hehehhehe.....
balik tu...Amat cakap kat bazli...Baz..klau badan ko cam malik noor,ko nak tak men hoki lagi? tp flexible cam allet gimnas? sambil tunjuk kat gamba yg terpangpang kat dinding...RoFl....

Ice Hockey Finals

THE MIHF PRESIDENT'S CUP NATIONAL ICE HOCKEY LEAGUE
The much awaited finals for the MIHF President's Cup National Ice Hockey League began with a demo from the 'Learn to Play' program. Held today, Saturday 13 December 2008 at Sunway Pyramid Ice, the students from the hockey school showcased their skills to the crowd under the direction of the coaches, Ahmad Bazli and Gary Tan.
First up was the Division 3 game. With the drop of the puck, an estimated crowd of 3,000 fans and parents lined around the rink to watch. With the season title already wrapped up, Metro Stars once again reinforced their winning ways against the Dexion Wildcubs. Awards were handed out by Mr Frank Johnstone of Dexion Asia.
Next was the Division 2 game. The challenge had been brewing since the first game of the season, and the culmination was played out on the ice. The Warriors held on to prevail as Division 2 champions. MIHF's Deputy President, Encik Haniff Dato Mahmood was on hand to present the players with the trophies.
Last but not least, the Division 1 players from KL Cobras and Asian Tigers - B took the ice. The intensity was palpable, and the game was fueling the crowd's reaction. The battles around the boards, and at open ice, kept everyone on the edge. When the final whistle sounded, KL Cobras stood as the victors. For their spoils, Dato Lee Hwa Beng, President of MIHF presented them with the President's Cup and a well-deserved congratulations.

1st period game, aku agak semangat main....semangat2 pon aku kurang pegang puck jugak sebab aku last man defender, sedar2 dah habes
2nd period, aku berani tinggalkan post aku sebagai defender naik keatas bawak puck, =_="..masuk je bench kene marah dengan coach..lol...(marah sebab aku naik ke atas)...2nd period ni gak aku langgar machiko (team lawan) tapi malangnya aku yang teruk kene sebab aku gi langgar bahu dier, aku kene kat dada sakit sampai hari ni (game sabtu,hari ni isnin)
3rd period, aku tak buat pape sangat (sebab last man defender)....
Kadang-kadang aku terase org takut nak dekat dengan aku...tak tau asal..pastu bler dorang dekat dengan aku, dorang jadi gelabah tak tau nak wat ape....=_=

Hoki
Last Friday adalah game terakhir sebelum final...uhhhh....
Rekod league kitorang adalah dasyat..D8..sebab last league kitorang (Team Warriors) 2 kali menang yang lain sume kalah.....Tapi league kali ni, 1 kalah, 1 seri , yg lain menang...D8
Prestasi aku btol2 dah menurun selepas aku jatoh pengsan kene puck....aku jadi cam org yg tau skate tapi tak tau men hoki
kk...last 2 fridays...team aku terlebih konfiden..aku mmg dah agk bende ni akan terjadi dan aku tersangat hepi..lol....dlm game ni, aku dilanggar 4 kali head on kat tempat yang same (dada) oleh org yg same...pas abes game aku terus jatuh....nak bangun tak boleh....biler bangun je jatuh tak pening...pelik btol...degupan jantong aku jadi tak seragam.....
last friday, game terakhir..coach marah sebab...bler buadak yang berumur 14 tahun tak der dalam team, trus kalah? BTW...semuanya goal yg dimasukkan oleh pihak lawan, sumenye goal saat2 akhir...masuk je goal,time habis....D8!!
kali ni mak aku datang tengok aku main....aku rase sangat2 la bersemangat...[klau orang yg ko ske sorakkan ko utk main lagi bagus...ko akan main lagi teruk sebab ko nak showoff kat dier...tapi bler org yang ko sayang sorakkan ko utk ko main lagi bagus ko akan jadi lebih hebat sebab dier adalah nyawa ko]
aku ade minum protein atau bende alah yang ridzuan/ida/paez kate susu tu seblom main.....
resultnye..aku jadi btol aggressive + lagi mak aku tengok aku main....hhuhuhuhu tapi yang aku tak puas hati...aku tak intention cam atlet lain...intention to 'kill' somebody....

Get More Serious!!
AHH!!~ National Team selection cam sial jer semalam (ahad,30 nov 2008) register start kul 7.30,test start kul 8.00pm....uhh...basic skating,puck handling,stamina.....itu yang dorang test untuk tahun ni.....tak macam tahun lepas...ader test untuk positioning lam game...judge pon bertambah 2 orang....huh....
I Give My Best for the selection although I know I won't be selected for the team....
Selection test
1st: Skate...
Forward stride and backward stride
balancing
Acceleration and stopping
Switching forward to backward skating and hockey gliding
Crossing over forward and backward
This is my best thing to do I guess because I like to skate and I find it quite easy..hmm , but i forgot to sharpen my skate...lol....
2nd:puck handling
Full arm extention
Puck handling through small cones
Puck handling through big cone(hockey gliding)
Stick/Puck handling is my worst thing I've ever do as I play as defenceman and i didn't get much time to hold the puck and play with it.Everytime I get the puck (in game) the coach just love to yell at me "Get it off your stick!!","Pass it, pass it!!"
3rd:Shooting
Wrist Shot (Drag for Field hockey)
Snap Shot (Tap for Field hockey
Slap Shot (Hit for Field hockey)
Backhand Shot (same for Field hockey)

4th:Stamina, Timing and Fatigue (also determination I think)
The last and the most tiring of all test...
they record your time and torture your until you're half dead and then they ask you to do it again for 2 more times....God!! I love and I hate this drill/test...
I managed to maintain my overall speed..1st 2 sets i got 2nd place and the last set I got 1st place which it isnt bad at all...
Overall summary.....aku tulis dlm bahaser omputeh sebab br habes kelas inggeris

Get Serious Or At Least Die Trying
Arrr!! Rupe2nye coach aku tak kasi main tu adalah helah mak aku semata2...lol....Ari jumaat ari tu....mase aku sampai sunway aku terkejut sebab ader beberape kamera kat atas ice rink.....D8..!!
Shooting utk astro ceria lol.....err at least itu la yg aku dengar....hehe...dpt la jugak menyampuk sebagai pengadil....
pas aku abes jadi pengadil aku relax arr jap tgk game team aku lwn....urrr....coach aku marah.....suruh aku gear up, main game tuh....dier nampak upset setiap kali aku tak main atau sesuatu terjadi kat aku....(penting sgt ke aku ni?)
huhu...mak aku tgk aku main game...(tak der bende yg paling happy dlm idup aku selain mk aku dtg tgk aku main game..)
Mk aku kate aku ade improvement..ntah improve aper....tp aku tau satu bende jer...aku dpt agk org nk wat ape...so, lwn aku tak leh lari atau wat bende bodoh ngan aku.....
Ahad(hari malang):
ari ahad....pas training hoki..kul 3...aku rase tak sedap perut, baring tak best bgn pon tak best....
aku kejut mak aku cakap aku nk muntah...mk aku suh aku gi tandas...sampai je kat tandas aku terus muntah kat tandas...UUUFFFFFGGGHH!!!!!!!!........
Maggi ngan protin yg aku makan malam semalam terkeluar balik......aper la yg aku makan salah? padahal ape mk aku makan sume aku makan tp asal aku sorang je yg kene?lol.....seminggu lol tak sehat....

4th Game
Untuk 1st time dalam kehidupan huki ai batu...aku jadi last defenceman....aku tak pernah pon jadi....biasernye aku main sebagai Offensive defend...tp best gak ooo....sebab tak yah la skate sangat...kerjenye same je tp kurang sket...hehe....ade budak baru join...mat salleh name David...lol...aku depromote turun ke line 2..pairing ngan k.Hilda...

HighLight Huki Ai Batu
Aku ingat lagi coach aku kate....Man~today defensemen play like shit...all the defensemen!...lol....mane tak bengangnye....pastu ni highlight mase 3rd game....pas aku save the play.....coach cakap skali lagi....bende yg same....all the defensemen not doing anything...except for Hakimin..for diving and save the play...lol.....saat2 akhir seblom aku kuar...4-4....pas aku kuar seri 5-4....aku nak tgk jumaat ni boleh tak dorang main tanpa aku sbg best defensemen....lol....haha...game 3rd game ni pon aku tak leh kasi 100% effort sebab 2-2 lutut aku sakit.....TERPASKE MAKAN UBAT TAHAN SAKIT...

Warriors' 2nd game on 19.9.2008
Warrrr....ngah ngah ngah.....aku score 2 goal malam semalam (ari ni 20/8)....hehe....epy gler~~
1st goalnye....aku shoot~~ dari view aku...aku ingat kene ken dan ken boleh save tapi sebaliknye~ puck tu kene yasmin dan terus masuk goal~~ ngah hah hah hah~~
2nd goal lak,aku shoot~~ ingatkan tak masuk sebab nampak ken tangkap puck kat celah kangkang dier dan dengan selambernyek aku blah camtu jer....pastu hampus datang cakap aku score~~~lolz....
haha..... FINAL SCORE 13-2......

The Reason Why
The reason why i get to play as a striker or a midfield player in field hockey.......
it is simply because i can run~~ LOLZ!!!~~SHIT!!
Satwin said i can run..so there's two runner in the team already that's including myself........ARGGGHHH!!!!
I want to play as a defender not as a runner (striker).it's so tiring.
He also said i just need to work out my stamina(kak aina said actually about stamina) and my stick handling.
SHIT!!~~
In Ice Hockey i always get to play as a defenceman not as a forward player.MAN~~
In ice hockey, whenever i want to chase the puck,i always been holded by coach....
ohhh~~ one more thing...last season i used to be an Offensive Defencemen......but now....it seems like i can't play as an Offensive Defencemen anymore....

Aku Akan Dapatkan Title "Most Valuable Player"!!
aku tau susah nak dapat tapi aku akan dapatkan gak....ngeh heh heh heh.....12/9/2008...hari ni ari khamis......kul 3.40 bulan posa......baru start 6th season tak silap aku....esk 1st game dgn warriors....aku score 1 goal n rasenye 1 assist sbb men sebagai forward line 2 utk team viper (eddier sbg ketua)....and hadi sbg teamate aku!! aku dah lame tak rase best cam ni sbb communication ok.....heheh....walaupon aku men sbg forward tapi aku act sbg center forwad......aku naik utk support yasmin dan turun utk defend ngan hadi......aku tak ingat name budak baru name aper lol....haha....lol...btw aku men utk team dorang last weak...haha
